..yep that title makes no sense at all, or does it [or is it "doesnt it?", ah well who cares]. According to the laws of physics and gravity and all that business, what goes down obviously doesn’t have to go up. However according to the law of the Quran and Sunnah; all those dimensions and logic need not apply. And no you’re not suddenly going to be able to fly.

Thawban [radiAllahu anhu] said: I heard the Messenger of Allah [salAllahu alayhi wa salam] saying:

Perform salah more often. For every prostration that you perform before Allah will raise your position one degree and remit one of your sins [saheeh Muslim]

So all you gotta do is go down in prostration to Allah by praying and Allah will get you up and raise you in degrees. Its not that hard really, we should be going down in prostration a few times during the day as it is, just add a few more and you will be raised even higher in degrees inshaAllah. It should all make sense now and explain how what goes down must go up..*smiles*
