How to earn 10 times your wages!

12 10 2008

No its not one of those pyramid schemes and nor is this a scam. This is a guaranteed method, guaranteed by none other than the lord of the worlds, Allah [aza wajal]. Before the dunya lovers get all excited thinking this post is about the monetary paper money of this world, this is about the currency of the hereafter, the currency of ajr, reward; the only currency that matters

Allah [subhanahu wa ta3la] says in Surah al Ana3m, verse 160:
مَن جَاء بِالْحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُ عَشْرُ أَمْثَالِهَا وَمَن جَاء بِالسَّيِّئَةِ فَلاَ يُجْزَى إِلاَّ مِثْلَهَا وَهُمْ لاَ يُظْلَمُونَ

Whoever shall come [before Allah] with a good deed will gain ten times the like thereof; but whoever shall come with an evil deed will be requited with no more than the like thereof; and none shall be wronged.

Theres not much to do really, all you have to do is do a good deed and you get 10 times the reward. subhanAllah, look at the mercy of Allah. In a normal situation, you get what you give. So if you do something, you expect your wages to reflect that but Allah is the best of providers and he gives his servants the best of wages. In this recent global economic crisis, we are all worried about the dunya but we should know that there will never be a economic crisis with Allah [aza wajal] and our reward is guaranteed inshaAllah. And thats how you earn 10 times your wages *smiles*

Don’t say insha’Allah!

..Never thought you’d hear that eh. Something that many of us do when making a dua is when making dua we say insha’Allah [if Allah wills]. So they would say, “may Allah give you biggest bestest thing in the world insha’Allah ameen” or “may Allah give you a pious spouse insha’Allah” etc.

Thats not making a dua, thats saying you want something if Allah wills, which of course is only possible if Allah wills, so whether we say it or not makes no difference as everything is up to Allah [subhanu wa ta3la] as it is. When making dua, as seen from the sunnah of the messenger of Allah SAW, we do not say insha’Allah but we be firm in the request.

The Prophet [salAllahu alayhi wa salam] said: “Let not any one of you say, ‘O Allaah, forgive me if You will, O Allaah, have mercy on me if You will.’ Let him be resolute in the matter, whilst knowing that no one can compel Allaah to do anything.” [Saheeh Bukhari and Muslim]

Also do not ever despair at the mercy of Allah and keep asking and asking, if you don’t get it in this world, you will insha’Allah get it in the next. And remember next time you make dua to Allah SWT…dont’ say insha’Allah *smiles*
